You can easily book a ride through the Speshall mobile app by entering your pick-up location and destination, selecting your preferred ride type and confirming your booking.

How to change language settings of the app?

Speshall automatically sets the language based on the language settings of your device, so in order to change the language of the application, you should change the language settings of your smartphone.

Do you provide self drive cars?

No, we do not offer self-drive vehicles. Our professional driver will arrive at your doorstep with the car and will drive you comfortably throughout your entire journey.

What if my ride shows up late?

We take pride in our excellent on-time performance; however, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your booking is time-sensitive—such as an airport pickup, drop-off, or a meeting at your destination—we recommend allowing for an additional 30 minutes of travel time for every 2 hours of estimated travel to accommodate possible traffic delays. Please mention this as a special request when making your reservation so we can take extra measures to ensure a safe and punctual journey. In the unlikely event that your ride is delayed and you choose to cancel your reservation, we will issue a full refund of any advance payment made toward the booking.

What if the vehicle breaks down during the journey?

In the unlikely event that a cab experiences a mechanical breakdown during your journey, the driver will promptly notify our support team. A replacement vehicle will be dispatched immediately to ensure you reach your destination with minimal inconvenience. Should the trip be unable to continue, you will not be charged for the incomplete portion of the ride. We remain committed to ensuring your safety, comfort and satisfaction at all times.

Do you provide an English-speaking driver?

Yes. We ensure that all our drivers possess basic English communication skills to assist passengers effectively throughout their journey. For customers who specifically require an English-speaking driver, you may indicate this preference when booking, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

How can I get a bill/receipt for my trip?

A detailed digital receipt is automatically generated at the end of each trip. You can access and download it directly from the mobile app or your registered email address. The receipt includes information such as fare breakdown, trip distance, time and payment method for your records.

How to enter or change my destinations?

You will need to enter your destination before confirming your booking. You can do this by entering the address in the ‘Destination’ field located at the top of the screen. Changing your destination during a ride: If you wish to update your destination while on the trip, simply tap ‘Edit’, then enter the new address. The fare will automatically adjust based on your updated route.

How to track your ride?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to track your ride in real time through the app. The following details will be displayed: Your driver’s estimated time of arrival (ETA) and current location. The driver’s route to your pick-up address. The complete route of your journey from start to destination.

How to rate our ride?

Ratings help us maintain a high-quality experience for both riders and drivers on Speshall. After each trip, you will be prompted to rate your driver. Once you arrive at your destination, a notification will appear asking you to rate your ride from 1 to 5 stars. You can also provide additional feedback by selecting specific aspects of the trip and adding comments. Your feedback is valuable—it helps us improve our service and ensure every ride meets our quality standards.

What is cancellation fee?

A cancellation fee is a small charge applied when a ride is cancelled after the driver has already been assigned or is en route to your pick-up location. This fee helps compensate drivers for their time and effort. If you cancel before the driver begins the trip, no fee will be charged. All cancellation fees are clearly displayed in the app before you confirm your cancellation.

Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Yes. Speshall allows you to schedule rides in advance for your convenience. On the booking screen, tap the “NOW” icon displayed on the map. A calendar will appear, allowing you to select your preferred date and time. Once you’ve set your schedule, confirm your booking, and your driver will be ready at the chosen time.

How are fares calculated?

Fares are calculated based on distance, travel time and traffic conditions at the time of your ride. Any applicable fees or surcharges will also be displayed before you confirm your booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, debit/credit cards and in-app wallet payments. You can manage your preferred payment option in the Speshall app.

Can I cancel my ride after booking?

Yes, you may cancel your ride before it begins. However, a small cancellation fee may apply if the driver is already en route to your pick-up location.

What should I do if I leave an item in the cab?

If you forget an item in the vehicle, open the app and go to the “My Rides” section under the Menu icon. Select the relevant ride, then scroll down and tap Support, followed by Ride Related. You will see an option to report items left in the vehicle. Follow the prompts to contact the driver or our support team who will assist you in recovering your belongings.

Is my personal information safe with Speshall?

Absolutely. We take data privacy and security seriously. All personal and payment information is securely encrypted and protected in accordance with data protection regulations.

How do I contact customer support?

Can I request a specific driver?

While we cannot guarantee the same driver for every trip, you may add a driver to your “Favorites” list. When available nearby, the system will prioritize matching you with your preferred driver.

Does the driver have GPS to track the route?

Yes. All Speshall drivers use the in-app GPS navigation system to follow the most efficient route to your pick-up location and destination. This ensures accurate tracking, timely arrivals and a safer more reliable journey for both riders and drivers.

What safety measures are in place for riders and drivers?

Speshall prioritizes safety. All drivers undergo background checks, vehicle inspections and continuous rating reviews. Real-time ride tracking and emergency assistance features are also available in the app.

Can I book cab by calling customer support?

Of course you can do that. Prices for items (products or services) that are ordered with assistance from a team member may be priced slightly higher than the prices on self-service platforms (website or mobile apps). These support facility charges are included in your order price to cover the costs of the support facilities & personnel involved in enabling such orders. Upon cancellation of such (assisted) orders, applicable support facility charges shall not be refunded. These costs are already incurred by us as part of providing the support facilities and hence these charges shall be added to the cancellation charges applicable to your order upon its cancellation.

What should I do if my driver is late?

If your driver is delayed, you can track their location in real time through the app. If the delay is significant, you may cancel the ride and book another without penalty.

Can I book a ride for someone else?

Yes. You can book a ride on behalf of another person by entering their pick-up and drop-off locations. Please ensure the rider’s contact number is provided for easy coordination with the driver.

Are pets allowed in Speshall rides?

Small pets are generally allowed, but we recommend informing your driver in advance through the app’s messaging feature. Please ensure pets are safely secured or in carriers during the ride.

How can I become a Speshall driver?

To join our network, visit our website at www.speshall.com. On the site, you will find a dedicated page with Android and iOS buttons. Click the button that corresponds to your device and follow the prompts to complete your registration and upload the required documents. Our team will review your application and contact you once approved.

What are the requirements to become a driver?

All drivers must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, have a registered vehicle that meets our safety standards and undergo a background check. Additional requirements may apply depending on your region.

How do I accept ride requests?

Open the Speshall driver app. When a ride request appears on your screen, review the details and tap “Accept” to confirm. You can see the rider’s pick-up location, destination and estimated fare before accepting.

How will I get paid?

Drivers receive cash directly from riders at the end of each trip. The driver app displays the total fare, including any tips added by the rider, so you can easily verify the amount collected. All trips and payments are also recorded in the app for your reference.

How do I view my trip history?

In the driver app, go to “My Rides”. Here you can view all completed and pending trips, including fare details, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any rider feedback.

Can I set my availability?

Yes. In the driver app, go to “Availability” and toggle your status between Online and Offline. You will only receive ride requests while your status is set to Online.

How do I update my vehicle information?

In the driver app, go to Profile → Vehicle Info. You can update your vehicle’s make, model, registration number, and any supporting documents. All changes are subject to approval by the Speshall team.

How is my driver rating calculated?

Your rating is based on rider feedback after each trip, including star ratings and written reviews. Maintaining a high rating ensures eligibility for incentives, priority ride requests and continued access to the platform.
